27a801ea8e Ensure bgfx::init() respects BGFX_RESET_FLIP_AFTER_RENDER (#3073)
This updates the behaviour of bgfx::init() to ensure that it
checks for the BGFX_RESET_FLIP_AFTER_RENDER flag.
