One of the paths in toolchain.lua had an extra preceding /.
I also took the opportunity to simplify path.join(X, "blah", "bin") to path.join(X, "blah/bin").

...
Using path.join instead of string concatenation makes the scripts more
OS-neutral. It also protects against missing or doubled "/" characters
in paths.
