Front facing (#1904)

* Added BGFX_STATE_FRONT_CCW to defines.h and implemented initial usage only in renderer_d3d11.cpp.

* set front facing for d3d12, gl metal and vulkan

* front facing method Metal

* tabs

* removed tab
